We have been seeing Heidi for swim lessons for almost 3 years now! She is always responsive and accommodating to us. Best of all, my kids love her! They always get so excited when it’s time to go see “Coach Heidi”

I would have enjoyed the dining room rental here if I’d actually gotten to use the room I rented and was shown when I reserved it. Beware of this place when reserving a room, because the terms are subject to change based on whether an employee of the center wants to use the room you reserved, to which your reservation will get bumped to whichever room they deem fit. I had reserved a dining room for a graduation party, and because of an “internal error” on the staff’s part, I got bumped the week before my event, and I was never called and only found out when I showed up to the Center. I was given a lecture hall for my luncheon. Great venue for giving a lecture, but not so great for celebrating a graduation and eating with friends. I won’t be reserving another room at this location. Terrible customer service, and Rachel spoke to me about it, and all I got from her was, “I’m sorry you feel that way.” That didn’t fix my problem.

We had a birthday party the room was great size and everyone at the front desk was helpful pool was clean and nice but there was 1 lifeguard that looked like the head lifeguard had longer hair glasses was absolutely hateful to all the kids. Acted like he didn’t want to be there yell at 3 year old kids. Almost ruined our swimming time had multiple parents upset with him!

This is the first time I had been here.. This place was amazing!! They had a free event which was called the Candyland event and it had several, several games and blow up jump lands, we even got a free ID from the police woman. Bless her heart she was so busy with no help. But it allowed me to put my kid in the system with an ID and his name and address on it in case he is lost as well as picture of him. Amazing deal! I know there's tons of art, crafts, swimming, planting and much more programs for children and seniors! All ages! Check out their website! Such a wonderful place. Friendly and absolutely professional! I enjoy our night here and so did my niece and son.
